Lockheed Martin is seeking a dynamic ESA Products RF Engineering Manager to support the new technology development of Electronically Steerable Array (ESA) Payloads and associated new business pursuits in Littleton, Colorado.
Lockheed Martin is seeking a dynamic RF Products ESA Engineering Manager to support the new technology development of Electronically Steerable Array (ESA) Payloads and associated new business pursuits in Littleton, Colorado.
As an RF Products ESA Engineering Manager you will:
• Act as the Deputy ESA Integrated Products Team (IPT) Lead under the ESA Products Sr. Manager to transition IRAD developed hardware for flight applications.
• Be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the ESA IPT through all phases of program
• Manage a team of highly skilled engineers including job assignments, reviews, training, personal development, hiring and job advancement fostering environment enabling full team engagement
• Supports various phases of program captures including subcontract negotiations
• Collaborate with subcontractors, local engineers, and geographically dispersed teammates bringing forward innovative technology solutions
• Present program status to internal and external customers, and leadership
• Support definition of product strategies

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams
• Project Management Experience through lifecycle execution
• Demonstrated RF engineering experience
• Excellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics or other related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Solid understanding and demonstrated use of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Ability to develop program schedules (IMS), develop and track the baseline plan, and report on progress
• Experience working with subcontract partners and the procurement of supplier developed hardware to include collaboration with enterprise subcontract management teams
• Excellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges
• Self-Starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
• Forecasting staffing levels and maintaining personnel requirements, assignments, and availability dates
• Business capture process and program execution experience
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
