Position at Hill Knowlton Strategies

Hill Knowlton Strategies is looking for a dynamic Website Manager

to

work directly with our Ford Motor Company client on their media relations website.

Here’s what you’d be doing:

Manage daily operations of media.ford.com

and media.lincoln.com

, Ford's content distribution platform to support global news outlets with company information and assets. *

These are global websites based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

Manage daily publishing process for North America media site and various other global pages, working with a cross-functional team of publishers, content owners and comms leadership to post company news and information, photos, video and documents at specified dates and times for the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

Follow company policy to ensure that sensitive materials are properly embargoed.

Train new publishers on AEM and publishing process as needed.

Coordinate with Ford IT to troubleshoot website issues and outages in close communication with comms leadership.

Coordinate with global publishing team members on training, support and access issues.

Work with communications leadership to brainstorm new site features and improvements.

Manage media site Outlook account, directing emails to appropriate contacts.

Here’s what you’ll need to get here:

4 years of website/web content management

Demonstrated competence in Adobe Experience Manager website management tools

Strong Project Management experience

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated self-starter, proactive and willing to take initiative

Able to work under deadline pressure and balance multiple priorities

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
