Job Description

The Senior Project Manager, Network Management role is integral to the success of the Provider Experience team. You will report directly to the Director of Network and the Provider Experience under Aetna Better Health of California (ABHCA). Position will be responsible for leading efforts around Network related DMHC, DHCS and NCQA regulatory deliverables. In this role, you will work in concert with ABHCA's Network Management, Provider Relations, Provider Data, Informatics, and Compliance teams to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate and timely. You will take an active role in the project management of various high-profile projects/initiatives for the Provider Experience Team, by evaluating project needs, gathering project SMEs, facilitating project meetings, creating project plans, analyzing data, developing narratives based on the analysis, ensuring timelines are met and success is achieved. You will be responsible for concurrent initiatives

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 75,400

Maximum: 162,700

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with several of the following methodologies: project consulting, business process consulting, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.

• Proven experience working with IT business partners

• 3-5 years of experience in the managed care industry

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects/initiatives effectively

• Excellent written and verbal, problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Demonstrated relationship management skills; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.

• Proven track record in meeting project milestones.

• Skilled-user expertise with Microsoft Office tools, including Visio, Excel – pivot, vlookup, and Access – Import/Export

• Analytical ability to translate data into narratives

• Experience reviewing and interpreting provider data

• Experience translating regulatory requirements into business processes

• Experience navigating regulatory portals and sftp sites for deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Medicaid or Medi-Cal experience

Education

Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent work experience
