As a Senior Manager, Creative Systems Operations
, you will leverage your position as a subject matter expert in business operations to meet the needs of Roundel. This position is responsible for maintaining and improving the health of our business operations to make Target first-to-market in the advertising space. This vital role will lead the vision and strategy for order management automation through a technical solution and will need to influence partners and stakeholders in order to drive change. (An order refers to committed Vendor funded advertising campaigns via managed and/or self-serve capabilities.)  Some of their responsibilities will include the development of business cases, an annual roadmap and joint business and product OKRs, partnering closely with internal stakeholder teams such as Roundel sales, Roundel client management, technology, finance and product and all global partners. They will own the business relationship with Target’s order management solution(s), driving all process enhancements with the software teams (internal or licensed) and working teams.  They will develop and lead a practice for compliance and governance that is centered on improving workflow and reducing tech debt. They will develop and lead a practice for change management and communication as they will be responsible for adoption and successful usage of the order management system(s), this includes all necessary training programs.  They will be responsible for communicating business health operations to senior level leadership, including strong recommendations on critical adjustments required to improve the operating model, inclusive of people, process and tool amendments. 
The ideal candidate for this role will understand the technology and order management process, including familiarity with sales tools, the programmatic digital ecosystem, and operational functions (i.e. best practices, workflows).  They will be persuasive to impact and improve media operations practices by partnering across Roundel and Roundel’s stakeholders to develop new and iterated processes.
This person must have a data-driven approach and an eye toward technological advancements that will make Target first-to-market in the digital media space. This person will focus on efficiencies through automation in order to ensure goals are consistently achieved.  An ability to collaborate across teams and motivate and inspire change is a must.
About you:
Bachelor degree required (4 years)
7 years in related industry experience
4 years minimum experience in creative ad management platform such as RevJet or Celtra
Project Management experience a plus (ISO 2000 certification, PM tools, etc.)
Experience in Work Management SAAS platforms (Workfront preferred), used for creative workflow processes required
Experience in platforms such as SalesForce, SAP, Operative, and Prisma a plus
Understanding and familiarity of competitive industry creative management tools
Highly self-motivated and well-organized
Strong sense of urgency and demonstrates initiative 
High degree of professionalism and high sensitivity for confidentiality
Proven ability to collaborate across teams within an organization
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Prior experience with Agile methodologies preferred, not required
Genuine curiosity with how things work
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change
