What You’ll Do
Cross check customer documentation against ZT Internal bill of material for accuracy
Cross check risk-buy release part numbers from the customer against ZT Internal bill of material for accuracy
Cross check customer database against ZT Internal BOM for accuracy
Cross check engineering material requests against ZT Internal bill of material for accuracy of parts captured and quantities ordered
Maintain, track, and communicate weekly material readiness reports
Create post build material usage reports compared to non-recurring engineering
Analyze and maintain engineering material requests data reliability
What you’ll bring
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, project management, and communication skills
Ability to navigate ambiguous data to achieve focus and use facilitation skills to keep projects moving forward
Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
Ability to view situations objectively from different perspectives.
Ability to resolve complex problems and think strategically
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel Macros
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering. Masters preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or project management
Experience as a Mechanical or Industrial Engineer, Business Analyst, Database Analyst, BOM Analyst preferred
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel; and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
