Associate Director, Digital Capability Management, Network Provider Management is responsible for the overall service delivery function within Network Services, providing leadership, integration and management of delivery processes and functions to improve the consistency and efficiency of project execution. This position also has responsibility for commercial management, asset management, contract alignment and service provider governance for the outsourced network service provider partnership.

•Lead the execution of network service delivery function in partnership with the outsourced network service provider. Manage a framework to provide a holistic view of all organizational project activity. Ensure a common project management methodology, standards and tools are being used to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects.

•Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated.

•Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with service providers, project managers and senior stakeholders. Assess cross-functional project team capability and provide coaching, training and support to enhance the project/program management capability, and improve project results.

•Ensure the commercial elements of the contract with the network service provider are consistent, accurately applied, and market competitive.

•Ensure network assets are properly accounted for, inventoried, managed, and disposed of.

•Ensure that day-to-day operations are aligned with the service provider contract.

•Ensure the network service provider is executing in alignment with standard BMS ITIL processes.

Associate Director, Digital Capability Management, Network Provider Management is responsible for the overall service delivery function within Network Services, providing leadership, integration and management of delivery processes and functions to improve the consistency and efficiency of project execution.

Skills/Experiences

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

•10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

•10 years team leadership experience with a focus on team development.

•PMP or equivalent experience required.
