Job Description:

What's the role -

Purpose - The JLI Project Manager will sit on the technology team under the marketing organization. The primary purpose is to manage all levels of technology support for Jiffy Lube field and office personnel as well as for the network of franchisees. The business relies heavily on technology to manage its day-to-day operations, and the project manager is focused on ensuring continuity, productivity and training of these systems. Given Jiffy Lube’s significant growth objectives over the next three years, this role will be focused on ensuring that technology can support and drive results as the network expands.

Accountabilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the POS system

Serve as escalation point for technological issues, including investigation and resolution of cases

Train and educate the organization on the POS system and other critical technology platforms

SME on key innovation initiatives that require integration into the POS system

Lead technology set-up, implementation and white glove support for new business efforts, including new fleet customers and new franchisees in the system

Negotiate and implement contracts with technology vendors

Partner with Technology team lead on development of technology roadmap and evolution of POS support and integration

Maintain master file records, conduct data analysis and generate reports to drive business decisions

Dimensions

Position will work closely with other the project managers and marketing technology manager to support the almost 2,000 Jiffy Lube service center locations nationwide as well as the corporate and field JLI employees.

Skills and Requirements

What we need from you -

Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum four (4) years of experience, with IT and project management experience strongly preferred.

Strong technological and analytical skills to effectively manage platforms

Desire to develop and foster solid business relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and partners, including franchisees and suppliers

Ability to deliver under pressure, prioritize and pivot projects accordingly to manage critical issues

Problem solver who challenges the status quo and seeks opportunities for process improvement
