Both of these designations form the foundation of the organization and their decisions increase the efficiency of the workforce.

Technical Trainer

A Technical trainer is a person who assists the staff members and develops a training program for the organization so that the company can achieve its fundamental goals. The entire training program and the certification process are looked after by the Technical Trainer. His main motive is to train all the newcomers introduced in the company so that fresh entries can understand the basic objective of the company and can work accordingly to fulfill the obligations of an organization. A technical trainer needs to study about each and every product released by the company very thoroughly along with all the details. This includes a comprehensive revision of all the product lines and crucial objectives. He needs to handle the certification process for the fresh candidates and the applicants. Not only this, but a technical trainer has to administer the complete team and take care of every basic requirement of the organization.
